We are proud to finally release our new web platform!
It’s been a busy couple of months gathering and updating material for the new site. We’ve long been waiting for a platform that truly suits your needs — whether you’re looking for exciting new gear or need documentation and manuals for your old gear.
The new site includes several new features, such as a more straightforward user interface to help you quickly find the information you need. We’ve also integrated a store locator — and we’re continuously adding retailers to the “Find Your Dealer” page to help you locate EBS dealers around the world. The list isn’t complete yet, so if you’re a retailer who wants to be included, please email bengt@ebssweden.com for details.
Our full Backline Rental section is now live, with geotagging for your convenience. All product pages now direct you to the closest geographical retailer — except for the items sold directly in our webshop at https://ebssweden.myshopify.com/, which are conveniently linked there.
Found a bug or missing content?
During the first few days, if you find anything missing or odd, please email stefan@ebssweden.com with your thoughts. We’re also keeping the old site online during a transition period at ebssweden.com/content2 to maintain backlinks and preserve any old content that didn’t make it into the new version.
What’s next:
At EBS, we have a strong commitment to the right to repair — forever. We’re expanding our service page to include historical products (as well as current ones), complete with user manuals, specs, and spare parts. With hundreds of products and thousands of spare parts in stock, this is a gigantic task — but we’ll start with the most common models and most requested parts.
We’re also working on a global list of service centers for EBS products, which will eventually be integrated into the map feature.
Lastly, we’re introducing a faster way to announce smaller events, such as clinics, exhibitions, and other happenings. These will be presented in an upcoming EBS event calendar to make it easy to stay updated.
