EBS Sweden AB was founded in 1988 by CEO Bo L. Engberg and Technical Director Mats Kristoffersson, with the introduction of the legendary EBS-1 rack-mounted preamp.
Since then, EBS has designed professional sound equipment for bass players, including amplifiers, effects, and space-saving pedalboard accessories, such as the renowned EBS flat patch cables.
EBS builds more than bass gear; we craft sonic environments where bass thrives. Every EBS amp delivers a powerful, solid, low-end tone with filters to sculpt the body, and the headroom to express your whole character. Our pedals expand that space, adding new dimensions to your sound, while the accessories save space on your board. It’s not just gear. It’s where you, as a bass player comes alive.
Our goal is to provide the tools necessary to help you improve, maintain, develop, and enjoy yourself and your sound throughout the journey from ambitious beginner to professional musician.
