MicroBass 3
MicroBass 3
EBS MicroBass 3. Your tone, wherever you play.
Ever come to a gig without your amp and had to play something that sounds nothing like your own gear? Whether on a loaner amp, a silent stage, or in a recording situation, the MicroBass 3 bass preamp will always have your ‘bassic’ needs covered.
The MicroBass 3 is a fully analog, 2-channel preamp/DI box inspired by the legendary Fafner II amp. It’s engineered in Sweden with top-tier components and designed for maximum performance.
Unlike many other preamp pedals, the MicroBass 3 converts 9V DC power to an internal operating voltage of ±15 V, providing headroom like that of high-end studio equipment. That makes a big difference for bass players who play slap bass, aggressive fingerstyle, use 5- or 6-string basses, or active 18V onboard preamps.
With clean and drive channels, two balanced XLR outputs, a built-in tuner, compressor, stereo effects loop, headphone amp, and AUX input, the MicroBass 3 is equally at home on stage, in the studio, or wherever you plug in and play.
