The EBS MicroBass 3 is designed to give you confidence in your sound, no matter the situation, eliminating the stress of relying on someone else’s gear.
Built on the foundation of famous EBS amplifier designs, the MicroBass 3 is a 2-channel preamp crafted exclusively with premium components and engineered in Sweden using technology from the renowned HD360 and Fafner II amps.
Operating at a professional mixing console signal level, this preamp offers plenty of headroom and is suitable for use with any power amp. The Clean and Drive channels can be run in series or parallel, with dual balanced XLR outputs providing post- and pre-EQ signals simultaneously. When using the effects loop in stereo mode, the outputs serve as left and right channels.
With a high 10 MΩ input impedance, the MicroBass 3 handles any bass type—passive, active, or piezo pickups. It also features an onboard tuner for quick tuning between songs, and a built-in compressor similar to those in several EBS amps.
