Becoming an EBS Artist

We get a lot of requests from musicians wanting to become an EBS artist. Before you send an application, please, read the information below to get a basic understanding of what an endorsement with a company like EBS means.

EBS Artist Endorsement Policy

Welcome to an exclusive world of high-quality bass equipment, where we believe in the transformative power of sound and music. This is not merely a policy text; it’s an invitation for musicians who share our passion for excellence and innovation to consider a partnership.

As an EBS Artist, you don’t just play our instruments—you embody our brand.

Becoming an EBS Artist: A Privilege and Responsibility

At EBS, we see endorsement as a symbiotic relationship—a dance between artist and brand. Becoming an EBS Artist is both a privilege and a responsibility. It’s not about freebies; it’s about respect, dedication, and mutual growth.

We offer our artists a discount on our high-end bass equipment, and some other benefits, but in return, we expect our artists to represent EBS with professionalism and pride.

An endorsement is not for everyone. You need to have a lot to bring to the table in return for the benefits an endorsement will give. The level of discount offered is also individual. In every case, these decisions are taken by EBS for reasons we don’t have to explain. There is no need to dwell on or question a disappointing decision, even if you think it is unfair.

We welcome all to apply but don’t be let down if we choose not to offer you a position as EBS artist.

Artist Tour Productions: The Power of Partnership

We understand that bigger tours require more gear, and we’re here to support you every step of the way. Artist Tour Productions for major artists that need equipment for a big tour production can purchase gear at a negotiated discount when they hire an EBS artist or use rental gear with a discount from some of our backline rental partners around the World.

Which way to go depends on the length of the tour and the size of the production. For something like a one-year World tour cycle or more, we recommend making a purchase, if the production is big enough to handle it and travel with the gear wherever they go. For single events or tours up to a month, the option to go with rental equipment may be better.

This isn’t just about cost-saving—it’s about creating unforgettable musical experiences with the help of the best equipment available on the planet. If it comes with a cost, we guarantee it is worth the price.

The Value of an EBS Artist: More Than Just Skill

At EBS, we believe that every artist brings unique value to our brand, regardless of the type of endorsement they receive. We don’t measure your worth solely by your skill as a bass player. We’re interested in what you can contribute to EBS, how you can enrich our community, and how you can inspire others with your music.

That may also affect the title you get – an EBS ambassador is more than just an EBS artist, it is someone who plays a major part in inspiring others in a community online or in a specific region. An EBS artist is someone who plays with an artist or band that has a lot of followers and forms a community on their own, big enough to be of significant interest to EBS benefit from.

Playing EBS gear isn’t just about sounding great—it’s about feeling great. Our equipment is designed to be reliable, robust, and transparent. When you play an EBS amp, you’re not just making music—the amp helps connect yourself and your instrument to the music you make.

Join us on this exciting journey and experience the difference that EBS can make in your musical career. Remember, as an EBS Artist, you are part of a community that values quality, innovation, and the power of music. Together, let’s create music that resonates—music that inspires—music that endures.
