What to see at the EBS Namm Show booth #5644

EBS turn 30 years 2018 and we are going to celebrate that throughout the NAMM Show by creating the best place to hang out for bass players at the show!

There will be plenty of EBS gear to check out, including some news to be presented for the first time at the show!

Come by and meet our Host Artists Dave Marks and Jackie Clark to get a solid introduction to EBS gear as well as great advice on how you can grow as a bass player!

Throughout the show, you can also meet and listen to our featured guest artists;

  • Etienne Mbappé, Grammy nominated bass player this year for a live album with John McLaughlins’ 4th Dimension,
  • French bass monster and frequent EBS demo video player Pascal Mulot,
  • Brazilian bass player Rubem Farias, fresh from a tour with Randy Brecker.

Additional guest appearances by Henrik Linder bass player of the Swedish sensational trio Dirty Loops and winner of Bass Player Magazine’s Young Gun Award in 2014; Swaeli Mbappé, son of Etienne and incredible talented bass player; Samuel Lundell, recently graduated from Berklee Music College and known from 5th Flo., a band with top students from the school who’s gone viral on Youtube. Many more EBS artists are at the show and chances are you might bump into them at our booth at any time.

Signings at EBS

We will have a solid signing schedule as well;

  • Thursday, 12Noon-1PM: Meet & greet with Bjorn Englen (Dio Disciples) and have the chance to win an EBS MultiDrive!
  • Friday, 2PM: The Rockers Cometogether signing featuring Steve Di Giorgio (Testament), Michael Devin (Whitesnake), Marten Andersson (Lizzy Borden/Steelheart) and Robbie Crane (Black Star Riders).
  • Saturday, 1PM: Alex Al* (Michael Jackson) and Henrik Linder (Dirty Loops)
  • Saturday, 3PM: Billy Sheehan (Mr Big/Winery Dogs/Sons Of Apollo)

We have doubled the size of the booth, and the location is close to the cafeteria in Hall D, so grab a cup of coffee, come by and hang out with us at EBS!

The brand new book – EBS 30 Years will be released at the show and available at the booth if you are interested in our story. Staff from the EBS headquarters in Sweden will be there too – of course!

See you all at #5644 / The EBS Team

* At the time of writing, we are waiting for final confirmation from Alex Al due to a possible conflicting schedule. Henrik Linder is definitely going to be there though.
