Session 110
Session 110
Can the sound of a big bass rig be translated to a tiny combo? Yes. Now it can.
The EBS Session 110 is designed to challenge the assumption that there must be a trade-off in tone quality when choosing a small bass combo.
It delivers the depth, definition, and authority you associate with a much larger bass rig, allowing the true character of even a high-end instrument to come through. That sets a new standard for the sound quality to expect from a compact, 110 W RMS bass combo.
It’s all in the balance.
The key to the sound is the optimized interaction between the precise DSP-based EQ, speaker, tweeter, and back-ported cabinet, which together delivers an exceptionally deep and balanced bass response. The Bass and Treble filters are extra clever, since they boost from a center frequency when turned up, but works as a variable-frequency low- or high-cut filter when turned down, which gives you more precision and control of the sound.
Ready for work.
The tilt-back construction offers improved stage monitoring capabilities. The balanced output sends a high-quality signal directly to the front-of-house, studio console, or recording device.
Prepare for work.
Connect your smartphone via Bluetooth to play along with your favorite songs or run through the setlist for your next gig. When it’s getting late, plug in your headphones to mute the main speaker.
Big sound that travels light.
The Session 110 is impressively loud for a 110 W combo, with the kind of full-bodied bass response you’d normally expect from a much larger rig.
Yet its compact size and low weight make it easy to carry between rehearsals, recording sessions, and gigs.
