Jon Bakker has been in the extreme metal scene for the last 28 years, with various bands under his sleeve. His main musical assignment and focus for the last 13 years has been with the Black Metal legion Kampfar. Since its first conception in 1994 with folk and classical music influences on “Mellom Skogkledde Aaser”, via the colder winds on” Kvass”, the band has kept on renewing, and elevated into the black metal authority that reaches its peak on ”Djevelmakt” and “Profan”. Profan won the Norwegian Grammy for best Metal release of 2015. The main part of Jon´s successful sound is the equipment!
