Billy Sheehan signing: Friday, January 20 at 4 PM
Billy Sheehan, the legendary bass player of Talas, David Lee Roth Band, Mr Big, The Winery Dogs etcetera recently won Bass Player Magazine's Lifetime Achievement Award and is known as a true innovator of bass playing. He has also been deeply involved in the development of his two EBS Signature Drive pedals - two really innovative products as well! Come to the EBS booth to meet-and-greet with Billy on Friday at 4 pm.
The 'Heavy Hitter's' Signing on Saturday, January 21 at 2 PM
Come and have a good time with these heavy hitters at the EBS booth on Saturday at 2PM. This has become a great tradition and one of the highlights at the booth!
This years line-up:
Steve Di Giorgio - the monster bass player from metal legends TESTAMENT - that recently released one of their best albums ever, and Death DTA.
Michael Devin - the bass player of Classic rock legends WHITESNAKE for the last 6 years.
Bjorn Englen - our Swedish brother in LA keeping the legacy of Ronnie James Dio alive with DIO DISCIPLES, as well as touring bass player with Tony MacAlpine, Yngwie Malmsteen (2008-2011), Uli Jon Roth, his own band Soul Sign and more.
Marten Andersson - another Swedish brother in LA with the epic horror rocker's LIZZY BORDEN for the last couple of decades, as well as appearing with George Lynch, Steelheart and many more. Marten also recently co-created/co-produced the Charity show 'From Classic to Rock', bringing together platinum selling Rock Stars and Award Winning Classical musicians benefiting Public School Programs. Artists included: Stone Temple Pilots, Chester Bennington (Linkin Park), Gary Wright, Monte Pittman (Madonna), Chinese violinist Yutong (LA Phil, Hollywood Bowl Orchestra), Chas West (Foreigner), Stan Sharp (Hollywood Bowl Orchestra), Marten Andersson and Lauren Mayhew.
Daily Hosting EBS Artist
New this year will be the Daily Hosting EBS Artist! Each day will feature an EBS Artist to chat, play and hang out with at the EBS booth, ready to answer your questions about gear and bass playing, perform demos and share their experiences. The line-up for this will be as follows:

Dave Marks is a sought after session bass player in London, UK. Dave is a well known face to the European bass community, since he has been heavily involved in the London Bass Guitar Show as a clinic artist and co-ordinator. He may also be recognized for his excellent video demos of the EBS Premium amplifiers. www.davemarks.com

Etienne Mbappé is the bass player of John McLaughlin's 4th Dimension band and the supergroup the Ringers (with Jimmy Herring, Wayne Krantz, Michael Landau, and Gary Novak), Etienne has appeared as a sideman with Joe Zawinul, Manu Dibango, Robben Ford, Salif Keita, Ray Charles, Steps Ahead, and saxophonist Bill Evans as well as fronting his own bands Su La Take and The Prophet's. www.etiennembappe.com

Pascal Mulot is a French solo and session bass player from Paris, France. He's well known for his impressive slap technique blended with heavy elements to create his own brew of instrumental music. Pascal is a great demo player and educator and has been doing a lot of videos for EBS and other brands as well as releasing three instructional videos. He has played with artists such as Simon Phillips , Steve Lukather , Steve Vai , Blues Saraceno and a bass trio in Cannes Music Festival with Bunny Brunel and T M Stevens .
